Анотація
Передумови. Розвиток юридичної психології в другій половині ХХ століття характеризується феноменом зміни парадигми, зокрема переходом від традиційної антропологічної і клінічної парадигм та психологічних напрямків біхевіоризму та когнітивізму до екзистенційно-гуманістичного та соціально-контекстуального етапів розвитку, становлення яких відбувалося в умовах міждисциплінарного та міжпарадигмального впливу. Відповідно, необхідним є визначення передумов формування нових парадигм у юридичній психології, зокрема загальнонаукових тенденцій на появу та розвиток екзистенційно-гуманістичного напрямку.
Мета. Встановити характер впливу антропологічних концепцій французького структуралізму на розвиток екзистенційно-гуманістичної парадигми в юридичній психології.
Методи. При проведенні дослідження були використані системний, структурно-функціональний та компаративний методи, які допомогли охарактеризувати взаємозв’язок елементів структуралізму та екзистенційно-гуманістичної парадигми в юридичній психології.
Результати. Визначено три етапи розвитку структуралізму в контексті його психологічної імплементації. Розглянутий вплив антропологізму на систему структуралістського знання та на формування екзистенційно-гуманістичної парадигми психології права. Також, в юридико-психологічному контексті порівняні концепції екзистенціалізму та структуралізму. Систематизовано знання Віктора Франкла, який є фундатором та одним з найбільш вагомих теоретиків екзистенційного гуманізму у психології права. Розкриті особливості появи анти-психіатричного руху та його юридико-психологічне підґрунтя.
Висновки. Систематизовано особливості проявів антропологізму в інших напрямках юридичної психології, серед яких найбільш очевидною визначено орієнтація на соціальний детермінізм. Обґрунтовано, що домінування структуралізму у 1950-80-х роках ХХ століття, а також ідей, які суперечать концепціям екзистенціалізму сприяло пришвидшенню зміни парадигми в юридичній психології та переходу на початку ХХІ століття до соціального контекстуалізму. Визначений вплив структуралістів на започаткування анти-психіатричного руху в середині 1960-х років, в контексті ідей психологічного гуманізму та філософського екзистенціалізму.
