1. Diamond Open Access Model

The Journal operates under a Diamond Open Access model, which guarantees:

  • No fees for authors (submission, peer review, publication)
  • Free and immediate access for all readers
  • No subscription or paywall

The Journal does not charge Article Processing Charges (APCs).

2. Editorial Independence

  • All manuscripts are evaluated through double-blind peer review
  • Acceptance is based only on scientific merit
  • No payment or service can influence editorial decisions

This policy strictly follows the principles of
Committee on Publication Ethics

3. Optional Editorial Services (Non-Mandatory)

To support authors in improving manuscript quality and publication timelines,
the Journal may offer optional paid editorial services.

These services are:

  • Completely voluntary
  • Not required for submission or publication
  • Do not influence acceptance or rejection decisions

4. Types of Optional Services

4.1. Language Editing & Formatting Support

Optional services may include:

  • academic English editing
  • formatting according to journal guidelines
  • reference styling (APA, etc.)

4.2. Fast-Track Processing (Priority Handling)

Authors may request priority editorial handling, which may include:

  • accelerated initial editorial screening
  • faster coordination of peer review
  • prioritized scheduling after acceptance

Important:

  • Fast-track does NOT guarantee acceptance
  • Peer review standards remain unchanged
  • Reviewers are independent and blinded

5. Ethical Safeguards

To ensure compliance with international publishing ethics:

  • Optional services are administratively separated from editorial decision-making
  • Reviewers are not informed about service usage
  • Editors evaluating manuscripts do not consider payment status

6. Transparency Policy

  • All optional services are clearly described on the website
  • Pricing (if applicable) is transparent and publicly available
  • Authors are informed that:
    • submission is free
    • services are optional

7. Compliance with National Regulations (Ukraine)

In accordance with national academic requirements:

  • The Journal guarantees full Diamond Open Access
  • Authors who are:
    • PhD candidates
    • enrolled in state-funded programs
    • submitting single-authored manuscripts

are fully exempt from any fees (if optional services are introduced)
