Анотація
Передумови. Розгляд становлення юридичної психології крізь призму парадигмального підходу американського історика науки Томаса Семюела Куна (1922 - 1996), розкриває особливу роль клініцизму та антропологізму у формуванні психологічно-правового знання. Клінічна парадигма має особливе значення через свою першість в галузі юридико-психологічних студій. Разом з тим, вона дуже швидко втрачає свою провідну роль, поступаючись місцем антропологізму, засади котрого визначили увесь подальший характер досліджень. Відтак, для конкретизації предмету юридико-психологічних студій, варто детально розглянути основні теоретичні засади антропологічної науки, прослідкувавши імплементацію її основних ідей в теоретичний базис психології права.
Мета. Конкретизувати вплив антропології на формування теоретичних засад юридико-психологічного знання, в контексті парадигмального підходу Т.С. Куна.
Методи. Системний метод застосовувався для того аби охарактеризувати особливості предметного поля психології права в системі соціальних наук. Структурно-функціональний метод використовувався для визначення теоретичних особливостей антропологічної парадигми юридичної психології. Порівняльний метод дозволив виокремити чинники, що визначають соціально-правову поведінку завдяки співставленню ряду антропологічних та соціально-психологічних теорій.
Результати. Теоретичний базис у антропологічних дослідженнях складають закони «соціальності»: стадійність суспільного розвитку, котра вимагає від нас зважати на історичний характер становлення будь-якого явища; детермінування світогляду окремого індивіда його приналежністю до конкретної соціальної групи, сукупність котрих потрібно розглядати структурно як систему, психологічний баланс якої забезпечує ефективна взаємодія підсистем.
Висновки. Диференційовано предмет психологічно-правових досліджень в системі соціальних наук. Встановлено, що юридико-психологічні дослідження мають враховувати історичний аспект формування колективної правосвідомості відповідно до законів «соціальності». Історизм як парадигма соціальних досліджень вимагає від науковців з’ясування тих універсальних елементів суспільного устрою, котрі зможуть пояснити механізми функціонування сьогодні та перспективи розвитку в майбутньому.
