Анотація
Передумови. В контексті процесу парадигмального розвитку юридичної психології найбільш значуще місце з точки зору теоретико-методологічного впливу на становлення галузі здійснили антропологічна та клінічна парадигми. Сам процес юридико-психологічного розвитку бере свій початок як результат партикуляризації антропологізму та клініцизму. Таким чином, з’являється наукова необхідність визначення чинників даного історичного процесу.
Мета. Визначити причини партикуляризації антропологічної та клінічної парадигм в юридичній психології, що включає в себе систематизацію історичних чинників впливу на парадигмальний розвиток психології права та диференціацію особливостей вказаних парадигм.
Методи. За допомогою структурно-функціонального методу було виокремлено елементи феномену наукової парадигми та характерні складові юридико-психологічних парадигм. Компаративний та системний методи були використані для визначення передумов становлення, генези та процесу партикуляризації клінічної та антропологічної парадигм у психології права.
Результати. Процес партикуляризації характеризує становлення антропологічної та клінічної парадигм в юридичній психології як складових елементів її розвитку. Відокремлення антропологізму від клініцизму, таким чином, є теж складовою процесу партикуляризації. В сфері юридичної психології пік розвитку клініцизму припадає на кінець ХІХ – початок ХХ століття та спирається на вчення Чезаре Ломброзо та Вільгельма Вундта, чиї концепції згодом адаптуються під соціально- та культурно-антропологічну проблематику, що зумовить першу в юридичній психології зміну парадигми.
Висновки. Визначений характер взаємодії клініцизму та антропологізму при генезі юридико-психологічного знання. Обґрунтовано, що причиною партикуляризації антропологічної та клінічної парадигм в юридичній психології став вплив соціально-поведінкових наук на характер юридико-психологічних досліджень. Охарактеризовано синтетичний характер розвитку двох перших парадигм у психології права та їхні відмінні риси. Визначено, що основним чинником партикуляризації клінічної та антропологічної парадигм у юридичній психології та наслідування однієї іншою є зміна підходу до трактування правової поведінки людини, зокрема до елементів які її зумовлюють: від інтернальних до екстернальних.
