Анотація
Вступ. Поняття «парадигма» посідає центральне місце у філософії науки та методології наукового пізнання, однак його застосування в юридичній психології залишається недостатньо концептуалізованим. Зростання міждисциплінарних досліджень потребує уточнення теоретичних засад використання цієї категорії з урахуванням історико-філософських, епістемологічних і психологічних підходів.
Мета. Визначити теоретичні основи поняття «парадигма» в контексті юридичної психології та обґрунтувати його як цілісну епістемологічну категорію.
Методи. Використано структурно-функціональний метод для аналізу основних компонентів поняття «парадигма», а також історіософський, епістемологічний і гносеологічний підходи для дослідження закономірностей розвитку наукового знання та формування парадигм у юридичній психології.
Результати. Встановлено, що поняття «парадигма» нерозривно пов'язане з процесами розвитку наукового знання, соціально-історичними умовами функціонування науки та концепцією наукових революцій Томаса Куна. Показано, що формування наукової парадигми можливе лише за наявності нових знань, які отримують визнання наукової спільноти. Обґрунтовано, що структура парадигми включає епістемологічний, гносеологічний і соціальний компоненти, які визначають механізми розвитку юридико-психологічної науки.
Висновки. Парадигма в юридичній психології є інструментом систематизації та інтерпретації наукового знання, що забезпечує перехід від усталених теоретичних моделей до нових концептуальних підходів. Її розвиток має циклічний характер і залежить від взаємодії когнітивних, методологічних та соціальних чинників. Запропоноване трактування розширює теоретичні засади юридичної психології та може бути використане для подальших досліджень її методологічних основ.
