Анотація
Передумови. Початок формування юридичної психології як окремої галузі знання датується кінцем ХІХ століття, зокрема за рахунок розвитку та впливу клінічного та експериментального напрямків у психології. Імплементація знань з цих галузей поступово сприяла формуванню двох юридико-психологічних парадигм: клінічної та антропологічної.
Мета. Визначити теоретичні засади формування антропологічної та клінічної парадигм в юридичній психології, зокрема притаманних для них понять, теорій та концепцій.
Методи. Структурно-функціональний метод був використаний з метою визначення основних теоретико-методологічних засад формування антропологічної та клінічної парадигм в юридичній психології. Історико-порівняльний метод допоміг співставити та диференціювати історичні умови та відмінності у процесі формування двох досліджуваних юридико-психологічних парадигм. Системний метод дав змогу застосувати принципи парадигмального підходу до розвитку науки авторства Т. С. Куна до еволюції юридико-психологічного знання.
Результати. Вказано відмінність у трактуванні об’єкту та предмету дослідження юридичної психології, диференційовано розуміння теоретичних засад психології права представниками антропологізму та клініцизму. Конкретизовано вплив напрямків біхевіоризму та когнітивізму на розвиток перших парадигм в юридичній психології. У статті розглянуті ідеї таких теоретиків як Ч. Ломборозо, В. Вундт, Г. Гулотта та Р. Ваймер, що детермінували формування теоретичних засад юридичної психології та появу в ній перших наукових парадигм.
Висновки. Основні засади клініко-кримінологічного вчення Ломборозо сприяли виникненню першої парадигми в юридичній психології – клінічної. Йому протиставлено вчення та ідеї Вільгельма Вундта, яка зорієнтувала представників клініцизму рухатись в соціально-психологічному напрямку, що в подальшому посприяє зміні клінічної орієнтації на антропологічну та матиме вплив на формування напрямку екзистенційного гуманізму і соціального контекстуалізму в юридичній психології.
