Анотація
Передумови. Юридична психологія сформувалася як міждисциплінарна галузь знань на перетині психології, права, медицини, кримінології, антропології та соціальних наук. Попри значну кількість історичних і теоретичних досліджень, питання періодизації її розвитку залишається дискусійним, оскільки існуючі підходи здебільшого ґрунтуються на хронологічному описі окремих концепцій без урахування закономірностей зміни наукових парадигм. Використання парадигмальної концепції Томаса Куна створює можливість для системного переосмислення еволюції юридичної психології та визначення логіки її наукового становлення.
Мета. Визначити гносеологічні засади періодизації юридичної психології, обґрунтувати основні етапи її розвитку на основі концепції «зміни парадигм» (paradigm shift) та сформувати цілісну модель еволюції юридико-психологічного знання.
Методи. Дослідження виконано із застосуванням історичного, історико-порівняльного та структурно-функціонального методів. Теоретичну основу становить парадигмальний підхід до розвитку науки, запропонований Томасом Куном. Проведено систематизацію наукових концепцій і праць провідних представників юридичної психології, кримінології, соціальної та культурної антропології, гуманістичної й екзистенційної психології, що визначали трансформацію юридико-психологічних уявлень від кінця XIX до початку XXI століття.
Результати. Встановлено, що розвиток юридичної психології має еволюційний характер і відбувається через послідовну зміну домінуючих наукових парадигм. Запропоновано авторську шестиетапну періодизацію становлення юридичної психології, яка охоплює клінічну (1876–1914), антропологічну (1914–1950), біхевіористську (1950–1970), когнітивну (1970–1985), екзистенційно-гуманістичну (1985–2000) та соціально-контекстуальну (2000–2015) парадигми. Показано, що зміна парадигм має не революційний, а переважно поступовий характер, коли нові концептуальні підходи інтегрують теоретичні здобутки попередніх етапів розвитку науки. Обґрунтовано, що міждисциплінарність є визначальною характеристикою сучасної юридичної психології та ключовим чинником її подальшого розвитку.
Висновки. Запропонована періодизація дозволяє систематизувати історію розвитку юридичної психології на основі зміни домінуючих наукових парадигм і створює концептуальне підґрунтя для подальших теоретичних досліджень цієї галузі. Отримані результати уточнюють гносеологічні засади юридичної психології, поглиблюють розуміння закономірностей її міждисциплінарної еволюції та можуть бути використані при розробленні сучасних моделей юридико-психологічних досліджень, удосконаленні навчальних програм і формуванні нових напрямів наукового пошуку.
