Анотація
Передумови. Застосування парадигмальної теорії розвитку науки авторства Томаса Семюела Куна в контексті дослідження еволюції юридичної психології породжує потребу у ґрунтовному дослідженні теоретичних засад появи, трансформації та функціонування наукових юридико-психологічних парадигм. Таким чином, парадигмальний характер розвитку юридичної психології є малодослідженою науковою проблематикою, яка потребує теоретико-методологічного доповнення.
Мета. Визначити теоретичні засади парадигмальної трансформації юридичної психології, що включає в себе виокремлення її ключових парадигм, їхніх методологічних основ, а також загальну диференціацію базових дефініцій та понять.
Методи. У дослідженні використовувалися системний та структурно-функціональний методи, які були необхідні для з’ясування термінологічних та дефінітивних засад парадигмального підґрунтя юридичної психології. Компаративний метод був використаний для диференціації ознак притаманних юридико-психологічним парадигмам від інших психологічних напрямків і підходів, а також для аналізу актуальної наукової літератури, яка стосується проблематики дослідження.
Результати. У статті розкриті теоретичні засади поняття «парадигма», його генезу, типи та категорії, що до нього відносяться, а також особливості його використання в юридико-психологічній літературі. Визначені закономірності парадигмальної трансформації юридичної психології в епістемологічному контексті, зокрема охарактеризовано процес формування двох основних юридико-психологічних парадигм – антропологічної та клінічної, а також детермінант їхньої появи. Порівняно існуючі визначення поняття парадигми, з’ясовано сутність процесу наукової революції та феномену «зміни парадигм» в юридичній психології.
Висновки. Визначені закономірності розвитку юридичної психології в контексті кунівської теорії наукових революцій дають змогу стверджувати про виникнення двох найбільш поширених юридико-психологічних парадигм: антропологічної та клінічної, які диференційовані від інших напрямків, що претендували на парадигмальний статус в юридичній психології, зокрема соціального біхевіоризму, когнітивізму, гуманістичного екзистенціалізму, а також соціального контекстуалізму. Розглянута соціальна складова поняття наукової парадигми, яка розкривається шляхом її дефініції як детермінованої суспільно-політичними реаліями єдності установок представників конкретного наукового напрямку або групи таких напрямків.
