Анотація
Передумови. Розвиток біхевіоризму, як однієї з ключових парадигм у психології, супроводжувався здійсненням впливу на її галузевий розвиток, в тому числі й на юридико-психологічну проблематику. Відповідно, науково актуальним стає питання встановлення меж методологічного застосування біхевіоризму в контексті антропологічної та клінічної парадигм юридичної психології.
Мета. Визначення основних теоретичних засад впливу класичного та соціального біхевіоризму на формування та розвиток антропологічної і клінічної парадигм у юридичній психології в контексті розгляду ідей американського та канадо-українського психологів Джона Вотсона та Альберта Бандури.
Методи. Структурно-функціональний метод був застосований для виокремлення основних теоретичних засад біхевіористського підходу в контексті історичного розвитку психології. Компаративний метод використовувався для диференціації ідей класичного та соціального біхевіоризму. Проаналізований бібліографічний доробок представників класичного (Дж. Вотсон) та соціального (А. Бандура) напрямків у поведінковій психології, а також сучасна література, присвячена аналізу ідей її представників.
Результати. Проведена структуризація характерних рис, притаманних парадигмальному розвитку юридичної психології що дало змогу визначити вплив біхевіоризму на антропологічну та клінічну парадигми. Історичний процес розвитку поведінкової психології включає різні етапи його становлення. Проаналізовано історико-психологічні біхевіористські концепти, інтегровані в галузь юридичної психології. В цьому контексті порівняно класичну теорію біхевіоризму Дж. Вотсона з соціальним біхевіоризмом А. Бандури, а також розглянуто можливості юридико-психологічної імплементації методологічних елементів обох підходів.
Висновки. Визначено роль біхевіоризму у процесі наукової революції в галузі психології, зокрема, в детермінації ключових позицій клініцизму та антропологізму в юридичній психології. Розглянуто застосування біхевіористської моделі людської поведінки «стимул – реакція» в юридико-психологічній проблематиці. Соціальний біхевіоризм постулював розгляд поведінки шляхом копіювання наочно засвоєних прикладів. Відповідно до біхевіористської теорії, визначено феномен правової поведінки людини та її партикулярні особливості, зокрема елемент «соціально-правової свідомості».
