Анотація
Передумови. Юридична психологія, як галузь наукового «знання» представлена найбільш поширеними науковими парадигмами: антропологічною та клінічною, формування та розвиток яких відбувалися в контексті впливу інших парадигмальних напрямків, як біхевіоризм чи когнітивізм. Відтак, відкритим питанням залишається проблематика впливу когнітивізму на появу, формування та розвиток антропологічної парадигми в юридичній психології.
Мета. Виокремлення когнітивістського аспекту антропологічної парадигми в юридичній психології, що передбачає структуризацію елементів юридико-психологічного когнітивізму, визначення спільних когнітивістсько-антропологічних елементів і способів їхньої міжпарадигмальної імплементації.
Методи. Для досягнення мети дослідження були застосовані системний та структурно-функціональний методи, які допомогли визначити сталі елементи когнітивістського напрямку в юридичній психології та систематизувати особливості його взаємовідношення з антропологічною парадигмою. Крім цього, для формування теоретичної бази дослідження був використаний бібліометричний аналіз актуальних наукових публікацій, дотичних до тематики розвитку антропологізму та когнітивізму в юридичній психології.
Результати. Послуговуючись понятійно-категоріальним апаратом Томаса Семюела Куна, парадигмальність переводить «знання» з перед-наукового стану до «normal science», тобто до впорядкованої системи, яка функціонує в межах сталих структур – парадигм. Стаття дає змогу прослідкувати епістемологічний міждисциплінарний перехід від логіко-математичних до соціально-поведінкових наук в контексті юридико-психологічної проблематики, а саме наслідування когнітивістських установок, які тяжіли до формалізації, антропологічною парадигмою. Інтеграція відокремлених та фрагментованих науково-психологічних напрямків у парадигми, зокрема у когнітивну, передбачає закріплення найбільш валідних методів, методик та методологем. Таким чином, в контексті міждисциплінарного підходу охарактеризована імплементація «знання» з суто соціально-поведінкового контексту в юридично-поведінковий.
Висновки. Використовуючи парадигмальний підхід до історії науки, визначена вирішальна роль когнітивістів у здійснені «наукової революції» у психологічній галузі, зокрема в юридичній психології та її соціальному контексті. Окреслена адаптація методології представниками антропологічної парадигми, яка була започаткована ще за часів експериментальної психології та використовувалась як когнітивістами так і клініцистами. Доведено, що в процесі формування парадигм в юридичній психології відповідна методологічна адаптація відбувалась на ґрунті когнітивізму.
