Анотація
У статті здійснено теоретичний аналіз феноменів тривожної прив’язаності та травматичного зв’язку (trauma bonding) у контексті цифрово опосередкованих романтичних стосунків. Сучасне цифрове середовище, включаючи соціальні мережі, месенджери та платформи асинхронної комунікації, створює нові умови для формування емоційної залежності, посилюючи механізми прив’язаності, емоційної дисрегуляції та поведінкового підкріплення. Попри значне зростання кількості досліджень у сферах теорії прив’язаності, психології травми та кіберпсихології, у сучасній науковій літературі зберігається концептуальна невизначеність щодо розмежування тривожної прив’язаності та trauma bonding, які часто помилково використовуються як взаємозамінні поняття.
Метою статті є диференціація психологічних механізмів тривожної прив’язаності та травматичного зв’язку в умовах цифрової романтичної взаємодії, а також формування інтегративної теоретичної моделі емоційної залежності у цифрово опосередкованих стосунках. У роботі використано міждисциплінарний підхід, що поєднує положення теорії прив’язаності, теорії психічної травми, нейропсихології залежності, теорії поведінкового підкріплення та сучасних досліджень цифрової комунікації.
Обґрунтовано, що тривожна прив’язаність переважно базується на гіперактивації системи прив’язаності та страху покинутості, тоді як trauma bonding підтримується циклами непередбачуваного емоційного підкріплення, чергуванням близькості та емоційної депривації, а також механізмами, подібними до адиктивного обумовлення. Особливу увагу приділено ролі інтермітентного підкріплення, цифрової доступності партнера, відтермінованої відповіді, вибіркової комунікації та алгоритмічно посиленого моніторингу соціальної активності у формуванні компульсивних моделей прив’язаності. Показано, що цифрові платформи створюють умови для постійної часткової доступності партнера, що посилює емоційну гіперпильність, румінацію, поведінку нав’язливої перевірки повідомлень та залежність від соціального підтвердження.
У статті запропоновано диференційну модель емоційної залежності, яка розглядає континуум від тривожної прив’язаності до trauma bonding через механізми емоційної дисрегуляції, нейропсихологічної сенситизації та інтермітентного підкріплення. Практичне значення дослідження полягає у можливості вдосконалення психотерапевтичних підходів до роботи з емоційною залежністю, цифровою фіксацією на партнері та наслідками токсичної реляційної динаміки у сучасному цифровому середовищі. Перспективи подальших досліджень пов’язані з емпіричною перевіркою запропонованої моделі та вивченням нейропсихологічних і поведінкових корелятів цифрово опосередкованої емоційної залежності.
