Анотація
У статті представлено теоретичний аналіз та обґрунтування динаміки привʼязаності психотерапевта як чинника професійної ідентичності. Встановлено, що динаміка прив’язаності психотерапевта є результатом складної взаємодії особистісних чинників (попередній досвід, особисті стосунки, здатність до саморефлексії), професійного середовища (супервізія, колегіальна підтримка, культура організації) та процесуальних змінних терапевтичної взаємодії (контрперенос, інтенсивність емоційного залучення, складність клінічних випадків). Особливість взаємозв’язку стилю прив’язаності психотерапевта з робочим альянсом, контрпереносом та ефективністю взаємодії полягає в тому, що цей чинник не діє прямо й однозначно, а опосередковує якість процесу через кілька рівнів. Безпечний стиль прив’язаності зазвичай сприяє формуванню довірливого альянсу та збереженню контакту навіть у складних емоційних ситуаціях. Тривожнимй чи уникаючий стилі можуть ускладнювати взаємодію: через надмірну емоційну залученість і вразливість до перевантаження; через дистанціювання й брак емоційної доступності. Встановлено, що здатність психотерапевта усвідомлювати власні прояви прив’язаності й працювати з ними визначає, наскільки ефективно він може зберігати альянс і підтримувати клієнта. Встановлено, що стиль прив’язаності впливає на побудову альянсу, переживання контрпереносу та вміння інтегрувати ці динаміки у процес.
