Анотація
У статті висвітлено особливості професійної толерантності як складової готовності викладачів іноземної мови до креативної професійної діяльності у закладах вищої освіти. Розглянуто професійну толерантність як активне ставлення, в основі якого визнання універсальних прав та основних свобод людини, готовність і здатність до рівноправного діалогу у закладі вищої освіти за допомогою синергетичної взаємодії, активізації розвитку професійної толерантності, формування критичного мислення і цінності кожної особистості, формуючи при цьому власні світоглядні позиції та ціннісні орієнтації. Обґрунтовано принципи комунікативної толерантності та зумовлені ними характеристики особистості викладача. Розглянуто структуру готовності викладача іноземної мови до професійної діяльності (мотиваційний, ціннісний, когнітивний, афективний, діяльнісний, рефлексивний компоненти). Висвітлено умови розвитку і формування професійної креативності викладача іноземної мови. Реалізація креативності в освітньому процесі, професійна компетентність, толерантність, працездатність, рівень освіченості, ціннісно-мотиваційна, когнітивна, афективна, діяльнісно-рефлексивна сфери та ін. залежать безпосередньо від викладача іноземної мови, який має бути креативною, толерантною особистістю, володіти необхідним «арсеналом» методів, технологій і бути готовим до реалізації професійної креативної діяльності в закладах вищої освіти.
