Анотація
Стаття присвячена теоретичному аналізу розуміння феномену вигорання у психології та емпіричному дослідженню взаємозв’язку самоставлення та перфекціонізму вихователів закладів дошкільної освіти з рівнем їх професійного вигорання.
Зазначено, що, незважаючи на факт, що на сьогоднішній час вигорання є однією з найбільш популярних і досліджуваних тем у науці, його цілісна психологічна концепція досі відсутня, як і загальне розуміння поняття вигорання, його структури, симптомів, стадій розвитку та причин.
Констатується, що в психології численні вчені – дослідники вигорання схильні пропонувати власні його визначення, виділяти свою його структуру, симптоми та причини, мимоволі, чи свідомо орієнтуючись на ідеї щодо процесу вигорання, висловлені Г.Фрейденбергером та К.Маслач з колегами.
Проведене дослідження виявило наявність як кореляційних, так і каузальних взаємозв’язків між професійним вигоранням та й перфектної мотивації.
Зроблено висновок, що професійне вигорання можна тлумачити як процес поступового спустошення смислової наповненості професійної діяльності людини.
Результати емпіричного дослідження свідчать, що між професійним вигоранням вихователів і особливостями їх самооцінки та перфектною мотивацією наявні статистично значущі кореляційні та каузальні взаємозв’язки: складові самоставлення більшою мірою детермінують професійне вигорання, на яке впливає також постійне прагнення особистості до досконалості, висунення завищено нереалістичних вимог до себе при неприйнятті нею власних недоліків. Виявлено, що вигорання детермінує впевненість суб’єктів, що вимоги до них завищені, але їх необхідно дотримуватися через прагнення бути прийнятим і отримати схвалення колег та керівництва закладу тощо.
