Анотація
Актуальність. Повномасштабна війна перетворила повсякденне життя в Україні на хронічно ресурсно-виснажливе середовище, в якому успішна адаптація залежить не стільки від окремого особистісного ресурсу, скільки від здатності людини цілеспрямовано актуалізувати та координувати власні ресурси – психологічної самомобілізації. Інструмента для вимірювання цієї здатності досі не існувало.
Мета. Описати розроблення Шкали психологічної самомобілізації (ШПСМ) та оцінити її психометричні властивості.
Методи. ШПСМ із 22 пунктів (п’ять компонентів – самомотивація, життєстійкість, резильєнтність, самоефективність, адаптивний копінг; одинадцять двопунктових субшкал) була застосована онлайн у п’яти українських вибірках (загалом N = 596; 77% жінок): студенти (n = 343), внутрішньо переміщені особи (n = 168), фахівці різних професій (n = 26) та клінічна вибірка осіб, які проходять лікування від залежностей (n = 59). Проведено аналіз пунктів, експлораторний і конфірматорний факторний аналіз, оцінювання надійності, перевірку інваріантності вимірювання та конструктної валідності.
Результати. Внутрішня узгодженість висока (α = .95; ω = .95; компоненти α = .78–.84). Найкращу відповідність даним показала п’ятифакторна корельована модель (CFI = .917; RMSEA = .070; SRMR = .042) зі стандартизованими навантаженнями .62–.75 та потужним загальним фактором (ωh = .95; ECV = .93), що обґрунтовує використання загального бала. Метрична інваріантність підтверджена за статтю та когортами (студенти/дорослі). ШПСМ позитивно корелює з резильєнтністю (узагальнене r = .72), самоефективністю (r = .73), життєстійкістю, проблемно-орієнтованим копінгом, суб’єктивним благополуччям і соціокультурною адаптацією та негативно – з реакціями на тривалий травматичний стрес, ризиком ПТСР, вигоранням і соматичними скаргами.
Висновки. ШПСМ є надійним і валідним інструментом вимірювання психологічної самомобілізації, придатним для наукового та практичного застосування в умовах війни та повоєнного відновлення; наведено попередні інтерпретаційні межі. Повний текст шкали подано англійською та українською мовами в додатках.
