Анотація
Передумови. Сучасний розвиток клінічної психології та психотерапії характеризується посиленням вимог доказової практики, розширенням спектра дослідницьких дизайнів та активним упровадженням цифрових технологій. Водночас зростає значення методологічної якості емпіричних досліджень, оскільки їх результати становлять основу для оцінювання ефективності психологічних і психотерапевтичних втручань, розроблення клінічних рекомендацій та прийняття науково обґрунтованих практичних рішень. Особливої актуальності набувають проблеми забезпечення внутрішньої і зовнішньої валідності, репрезентативності вибірок, контролю систематичних похибок, психометричної якості інструментарію, коректності статистичного аналізу та організації онлайн-досліджень.
Мета. Узагальнити сучасні наукові дані щодо методологічних проблем емпіричних досліджень у клінічній психології та психотерапії, виявити основні методологічні прогалини, визначити перспективні напрями їх подолання та сформувати цілісне уявлення про забезпечення методологічної якості таких досліджень.
Методи. Здійснено наративний огляд наукових публікацій відповідно до методологічних рекомендацій Scale for the Assessment of Narrative Review Articles (SANRA). Пошук релевантних джерел проводився у базах Scopus і Web of Science переважно за 2020–2026 роки із застосуванням англомовних та україномовних пошукових термінів. До огляду включали емпіричні дослідження, систематичні та наративні огляди, метааналізи, наукові книги й окремі розділи книг, присвячені методологічним проблемам досліджень у клінічній психології та психотерапії.
Результати. Встановлено, що ключові методологічні проблеми пов’язані з обґрунтуванням дизайну дослідження, формуванням репрезентативної вибірки, добором валідного й надійного психодіагностичного інструментарію, контролем систематичних похибок, статистичним забезпеченням та використанням цифрових технологій. Окрему увагу приділено методологічним особливостям досліджень ефективності психотерапії, ролі рандомізованих контрольованих досліджень, а також сучасним тенденціям цифровізації психотерапевтичної практики. Проаналізовано кількісні та якісні онлайн-методи, переваги й методологічні ризики цифрового збору даних, проблеми самоселекції учасників і репрезентативності онлайн-вибірок. Розглянуто стратегії рекрутингу учасників, квотний відбір і постстратифікацію як статистичний спосіб часткової корекції невідповідності структури вибірки характеристикам цільової популяції. Систематизовано основні методологічні проблеми та шляхи їх рішення. На основі узагальнення наукових джерел запропоновано концептуальну модель забезпечення методологічної якості емпіричних досліджень у клінічній психології та психотерапії. Методологічно обґрунтований дизайн дослідження, репрезентативна вибірка, валідний психодіагностичний інструментарій, контроль систематичних похибок, сучасне статистичне забезпечення та цифрові технології дослідження сприяють підвищенню достовірності, валідності і відтворюваності результатів клініко-психологічних та психотерапевтичних досліджень.
Висновки. Методологічна якість клініко-психологічних і психотерапевтичних досліджень потребує комплексного забезпечення всіх етапів дослідницького процесу. Інтеграція методологічно обґрунтованого дизайну, репрезентативної вибірки, валідного психодіагностичного інструментарію, контролю систематичних похибок, сучасних статистичних підходів і цифрових технологій є необхідною передумовою отримання достовірних, відтворюваних і практично значущих наукових результатів.
