Анотація
У статті представлено результати емпіричного дослідження емоційного інтелекту (ЕІ) у студентів психологічного та медичного профілів підготовки, що має на меті виявлення спільних та відмінних характеристик розвитку емоційної компетентності майбутніх фахівців допомагаючих професій. Вибірку становили 142 особи віком 19–20 років: 80 студентів спеціальності «Психологія» (4 курс, Національний педагогічний університет імені М. П. Драгоманова) та 62 студенти медичного факультету (3 курс, Національний медичний університет імені О. О. Богомольця, напрями «Педіатрія» та «Лікувальна справа»). Для діагностики емоційного інтелекту застосовано методику Дж. Голла (EQ-test), що дозволяє комплексно оцінити рівень саморегуляції, емпатії, розпізнавання та управління емоціями.
Отримані результати засвідчили, що загальний рівень ЕІ у студентів обох груп залишається переважно на низькому або середньому рівні, проте міжгруповий порівняльний аналіз виявив статистично значущі відмінності у компонентних структурах. Зокрема, студенти-медики продемонстрували вищі показники емпатії та розпізнавання емоцій інших осіб, що, ймовірно, зумовлено професійною орієнтацією на клінічну взаємодію та потребою у високій чутливості до емоційного стану пацієнтів. Водночас студенти-психологи виявили кращі результати за параметрами усвідомлення власних емоцій та внутрішньої рефлексії.
Загальний рівень емоційного інтелекту у студентів-медиків виявився дещо вищим за студентів-психологів, із межовою статистичною значущістю (p ≈ 0,05). Результати підкреслюють необхідність системного розвитку емоційної компетентності в освітніх програмах обох напрямів підготовки, особливо в аспектах емпатійного слухання, емоційної саморегуляції та професійного самопізнання.
Отримані дані відкривають перспективи для подальших досліджень у сфері формування емоційного інтелекту як чинника психологічного благополуччя, ефективної міжособистісної взаємодії та професійної адаптації майбутніх фахівців медико-психологічного профілю.
