Анотація
Соціальний тривожний розлад є одним із найпоширеніших порушень психічного здоров’я, який бере свій початок від раннього віку й дорослому житті накладає суттєвий тягар на психосоціальне благополуччя людини. Ця стаття присвячена висвітленню патогенезу соціальної фобії з огляду батьківських моделей поведінки та емоційного реагування на дитину в процесі соціалізації. Механізми та шляхи патогенезу розглянуті в контексті аспектів біологічної вразливості, психологічних аспектів прив’язаності, моделей соціального научання та когнітивно-поведінкових моделей. З’ясовано, що батьківські моделі поведінки, підтримання стосунку та емоційного реагування можуть бути факторами вразливості до психічної патології й соціального тривожного розладу, зокрема. Виокремлено три шляхи реалізації впливу батьківських моделей поведінки й емоційного реагування на розвиток та підтримання соціальної тривоги та формування стійкого дистресу характерного для соціальної фобії як самостійного розладу. Отримані результати дають змогу розширити підходи до надання психосоціальної допомоги особам із соціально тривожним розладом та обґрунтовують необхідність подальших емпіричних досліджень.
