CHILD’S SUBCULTURE IN THE CONTEMPORARY UKRAINIAN SOCIETY: SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECTS

Abstract

Today in the scientific area of social psychology is revaluation value, nature, places of childhood in society. Changing social and scientific attitude, since childhood - a special world, a kind of subculture or culture to culture, an area in which a lot of mysteries and still unidentified phenomena. Children subculture as a phenomenon exists in the age range between 3-4 years (when the children formed an independent social life in peer groups) and 12-13 years, when there is a teenage subculture. The formation of children's subculture and its positive direction in the near future depends on the sociality of modern children, who are the youngest members of this age subculture.

Now the children subculture seen some changes, but it has changed a subjective component of culture (for example, social and individual domains westernization, attitudes, norms, rituals, customs, etc.), because the world is changing, environment, society, changing cultural values. But much remains unchanged and stable. This once again proves that children subculture on the one hand - a dynamic, on the other - a constant, and part of it is transferred from generation to generation, as it should be.  Nowdays children, or "new childhood" (N. Udenhoven, 2010) warn us that in a world that is rapidly changing, our understanding of it, and hence the action with children may simply cease to be adequate. Regarding the subculture, it's about what you want to study an individual who develops in a changing world. In particular, the image of modern childhood is "superficial slip" (surfing) on the web); gradually complicated at every age stage content subcultural image of the world that has both positive (stimulating the processes of imagination, creativity, abstract thinking, philosophical worldview, religious consciousness, improves the adaptive capacity of the individual) and a negative value (the emergence of anxiety, childhood fears, adolescent phobias, dependent behaviour syndrome "philosophical intoxication", etc.) for the personal growth of the child.

Although scientists have conducted theoretical and practical study subculture of childhood, many aspects of it are poorly understood. It was established that there are only some of its research issues (folklore, games, initiation, etc.), but no coherent conceptual contemporary vision of this phenomenon. As Ukrainian social psychology, has not yet developed the concept of children's subculture that would more fully explain this phenomenon, allow better to understand, optimize the relationship to her society and could predict the ethno-social and socio-psychological manifestations of children's subculture in an era of globalization, and self-actualization, self-development and self-realization of the child in the globalization culture.

Also in the article the model of socio-psychological and pedagogical support internalization subculture as a social value and personal experience in the child ontogeny and sociogenesis.
