Анотація
Статтю присвячено психометричній адаптації українського перекладу шкали професійної самоефективності Б. Шинс та Г. фон Цоллані на вибірці працівників українських компаній. У остаточній версії збережено усі 20 пунктів, які сформували однофакторне рішення. Побудована шкала характеризувалась високою конструктною валідністю та ретестовою надійністю. Критеріальну валідність перевірено шляхом зіставлення перекладеної версії шкали з опитувальником позитивних особистісних рис К. Сінгха та Ш.Д. Джа. Встановлено, що професійно самоефективні індивіди характеризуються впевненістю у здатності ініціювати дії стосовно власного життя та життя інших, а також виявляти активність та незалежність у соціальних стосунках.
