Abstract

The article presents the results of psychometric verification of the questionnaire "Types of sexual scenarios" created by us. Verification of obvious and substantive validity was carried out through a group of experts, validation and standardization was carried out by analyzing survey data of 457 respondents aged 20 to 59 years (M = 26,7 years), including 241 women and 226 men. Verification of the structure of the questionnaire using statistical tools of the Statistica 8.0 package - exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and verification of the internal consistency of the scales by the coefficient ά-Kronbach - gave positive results. Fife factors were identified and 5 scales with satisfactory ά-Cronbach (within the range of 0,710-0,889) were formed with some corrections. The 5-factor structure of the questionnaire model was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). For five factors χ2 = 115,904, df = 71,00, p = 0,0613, χ2/df = 1,915; CFI = 0,842, RMSEA = 0,0506, SRMR = 0,051, GFI = 0,856, CFI=0, 941, Bentler-Bonett Normed Fit Index 0,869.

The normality of data distribution on the selected scales according to the Kolmogorov-Smirnov criterion and the χ2 criterion (Chi-Square test) (p≥0.05) was checked. The theoretical model showed satisfactory compliance with empirical data. Retest reliability according to Pearson's criterion - at N = 457, at a good level of significance p <0.05 almost all correlation coefficients have a high value (0.603≤ r≤0.707). The convergent validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by identifying relationships with similar indicators of other psychodiagnostic questionnaires. Differences on the measured characteristics in the contrast groups of respondents (with sexual disorder and without them, male and female) - divergent validity were revealed. The analysis of discriminant validity (intercorrelations of scales of the created questionnaire) confirmed the logical structure on semantic filling of scales. The standardization of the methodology is carried out through the definition of the boundaries of low, medium and high levels.
