Анотація
У статті представлено дослідження психометричних властивостей українського варіанту опитувальника депресії А. Бека (BDI-I) на вибірці українських студентів (N = 234). Актуальність дослідження для українських психологів обговорено. Зважаючи на особливості української граматики, а також на результати попереднього пілотажного дослідження ефективності завдань, окремі форми опитувальника для жінок (Форма А) та для чоловіків (Форма Б) було розроблено, що є новизною цього дослідження. Згідно результатів пілотажу, чотири пункти опитувальника є чутливими до гендерних відмінностей у висловленні емоційних труднощів: сум, песимізм, плач та втрата інтересу до сексу. До оцінки змісту фінальної версії опитувальника (двох форм) було залучено експертів. Кореляції пунктів опитувальника з загальним показником варіювали від 0,40 до 0,69 для Форми А та від 0,32 до 0,82 для Форми Б. Надійність (внутрішню узгодженість), конкурентну валідність, дискримінативність було вивчено, узгодженість даних із двофакторною моделлю депресії було оцінено з застосуванням конфірматорного факторного аналізу, конструктну валідність було обґрунтовано. Отримані результати обговорено у контексті схожих досліджень у інших країнах. Дослідження віддзеркалює знахідки інших науковців, що вивчали психометричні властивості BDI і констатує, що перекладений опитувальник має відмінну внутрішню узгодженість (α Кронбаха = 0,91), значимі кореляції балів із пов’язаними змінними (0,74 для шкали депресії DASS-21, 0,67 для шкали тривоги DASS-21, 0,64 для шкали стресу DASS-21), належну дискримінативність (δ Фергюсона = 0,98) на вибірці українських студентів. Середні значення за опитувальником порівняно із аналогічними у інших дослідженнях на неклінічних вибірках. Обмеження і перспективи дослідження обговорено.
