Abstract
The work purpose is definition of a psychoemotional state of preschool tutors. Signs of emotional burning out and temperamental features influenced behaviour and an emotional condition of the person have been investigated. 78 tutors of different age and the work experience have taken part in research. It is shown, that at the majority of tutors the symptoms of emotional burning out are not generated. That fact is positive result of the given research. However it was found out, that at 61,5 % of tutors is already generated the symptom «a reduction of professional duties», and in process generating - at 15,4 % of tutors. Research temperamental features has revealed, that a significant amount of tutors are extroverts, «rigid», are emotionally excitable, have low rate of reaction (slow), are passive. «The risk group» which certain psychotherapeutic actions for overcoming and prevention emotional burning out is defined. The emotionality of tutors, as properties of temperament, have correlated with «a reduction of professional duties» and "personal dispassionateness".
