Abstract

The article reflects the scientific and methodological foundations of the productive interaction of teachers-tutors with students as an integral part of the successful pedagogical process of the higher educational institutions. The structure of the facilitative pedagogical communication, essentially connected with the creative work of the teacher-tutor is highlighted. The informative features of the selected creative stages of the facilitative communication of the teacher-tutor and student groups are considered. The number of teacher-tutor`s professionally required special communicative abilities and skills, ensuring his effective activity, is determined. The knowledge of the facilitative communication technology itself is an important feature of the tutor`s activity in a such context, that refers to the relations of the type of "teacher-tutor – student". The basic content of social and professional activity of the teacher of higher educational institutions is made through the facilitative communication: it is the tutor`s integrated effective socializing promotion of the development of the group of students as a collective subject of socialization and every student particularly. One of the important capabilities of the tutor in this aspect is the ability to organize productive and long-term socializing interaction with students. This skill is realized through the productive-communication function of the tutor`s activity and is directly related to the communicative potential of his personality. The main focus of our scientific and methodological guidelines is made on psychological educational and developing information concerning the characteristics of the tutor-facilitator`s pedagogical activity. In the understanding and realisation of this kind of psychological peculiarities of pedagogical activity we see the real way to improve the efficiency of educational socializing impact of the tutor to the group of students, the optimization of their social and emotional intelligence development.
