The application of methods: “Personal questionnaire of the moral and legal reliability of the individual” (E. Yu. Strizhov,) “Expert evaluation of the employee’s personality” (B. G. Bovin), “Test of general entrepreneurial abilities (GET TEST)” allowed to investigate structure- dynamic, value-semantic characteristics of the entrepreneur’s personalities, general entrepreneurial abilities, development of entrepreneurial competencies in three spheres: “Ideas and Opportunities”, “Resources”, “Transformation in Action” on Entre Comp framework. The Indicators of levels of development of personal reliability of subjects of enterprise activity are determined.</p><p>The developed complex of psychodiagnostic methods of empirical research of personal reliability of entrepreneurs made it possible to reveal the structure of individual psychological peculiarities of subjects of entrepreneurial activity with different levels of personal reliability.</p><p>The problem of ensuring the reliability of subjects of enterprise activity should be solved first of all through the study of personal structures that provide stability and an optimal level of personality-functional indicators of entrepreneurs at different levels of socio-cultural space.</p><p>Personal reliability of subjects of enterprise activity includes: moral-legal and prosocial, humanistic-oriented values ​​that meet the ethics of their chosen professional activity and provide awareness of social significance and personal responsibility for the results of entrepreneurial activity; formed entrepreneurial competences in the areas of: “transformation in action” (taking initiatives, planning and management, dealing with ambiguity, uncertainty and risks, cooperation with others, learning through experience); “resources” (self-awareness and self-efficacy, motivation and perseverance, resource mobilization, financial and economic literacy, mobilization of other personalities); “ideas and opportunities” (creativity, evaluation of ideas, ethical and sound thinking, elucidation of opportunities, forecasting); general abilities for entrepreneurial activity are developed at a high level: “the need for achievements (further development)”, “the need for independence / autonomy”, “the propensity to creativity (creativity / inclinations)”, “the ability to take a reasonable (weighted) risk” , “purposefulness and determination”.</p><p>&nbsp;</p> ER -
